While there aren’t many Filipino restaurants to consider, this is a great choice. There’s plenty of free parking. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. And the atmosphere is very casual and comfortable. Beyond that, there’s a wide selection of great dishes to choose from so everyone can enjoy. Because we wanted to take advantage of our visit, we ordered enough food for 6 people, even though it was for my wife, daughter, and I. We ended going family-style and fully enjoyed ourselves. My favorites were the garlic rice (you MUST TRY), adobo shreds, chicken inasal, and calimansi juice, even though everything was delicious. In addition to these, we also had the palabok, tortang talong, and sizzling pork sisig. All so good.

This place came recommended to me from a client. I figured it's gotta be good if she recommends it. So glad I went and cannot wait to take my hubby and kids. It was delicious!

This was my first visit. I will be returning great customer service. Great food. Great atmosphere. I had a wonderful time. You can come here for a date night, family night, or birthday party or order for takeout. It is family style and portions Great! Great! Great! Filipino food. They also have live music on weekends. Tips make sure your whole party is present or else they don't seat you.

We arrived around 3:30pm, left at 5, just before the dinner crowd is starting to build up. We had Salmon sinigang, pork sisig, grilled pork with tuna ceviche. Also tried black grass jelly and calamansi drink. Sisig was a bit sweet, but was nice to have that crunchy texture since it was served with a sizzling plate. Our food came out pretty quick. What took a while was for someone to get our order. Anyhow we got our Filipino food cravings fixed.

Gerry's Grill offers an incredible taste of authentic Filipino cuisine that's hard to beat. The Krispy Pata, Salmon Sinigang, and Sigsig are must-tries, bursting with traditional flavors. Don't miss Gerry's special iced tea—refreshing and uniquely delightful. For dessert, the Halo-Halo is a perfect sweet finish, combining a variety of textures and tastes. With so many options for Filipino food in the Cerritos/Artesia/Norwalk area, it's tough to decide where to go. I've enjoyed the food in many establishments, and Gerry's is up there if you crave Filipino food and want a lively vibe. As a Filipino, I'm fortunate to have family members who cook well, but sometimes, relaxing at a good restaurant and enjoying yourself is needed. Our most recent visit was for lunch, celebrating a family event. Since we had a large party and no reservations, we added our group to the electronic waitlist upon arrival. Surprisingly, we only waited 15-20 minutes for our table to be ready. FOOD: The food at Gerry's is average to good. They offer many of the classic Filipino dishes and drinks. It's best to come with a group to share multiple dishes family style. A few of our recent favorites at Gerry's are the lumpia, crispy pata, beef kare-kare, sizzling pork sisig, inahaw na pusit (grilled squid), garlic rice, grilled tuna collar, and salmon sinagang. I could be nitpicky about a few dishes, but it was all satisfying. We didn't get dessert this time since everyone was stuffed from the entrées, but I recommend the Halo Halo. Next time, I won't pass it up. VIBE/SERVICE: The dining area is spacious and has plenty of tables and bar areas, but the noise level can be moderate to high. The vibe is generally chill, and live music entertainment is performed on Friday and Saturday evenings. Check their Facebook for event calendars. The website has a limited amount of information at this time. Our server and the staff were good. We received most of our orders promptly, and they were attentive throughout the meal. It's incredible how fast the staff moves around the restaurant.
